Our reason for being
The Institute of professional training of works managers was created to offer :
- A qualified workforce to companies in search of engineers combining the "3 C" (Knowledge, Competence, Competitiveness) ;
- Certifications at the end of the training favoring a better professional insertion in the field of civil engineering ;
- An ideal framework for improving the skills of engineers (site planning, structural calculations, price studies, etc.), providing them with the skills they need for their work:
A perfect command of the administrative, technical and financial management of civil engineering projects
A perfect mastery of the key phases of a construction project (planning of works, conduct of works, delivery).

L’Institut de Formation professionnelle des Conducteurs de Travaux est mis sur pieds pour offrir :
- Un cadre idéal d’amélioration des compétences des ingénieurs (Planification de chantiers, calcul des structure, étude de prix …) , les dotant:
- d’une parfaite maîtrise de la gestion administrative, technique et financière des projets de génie civil;

NOTRE FONDATEUR
A propos du Fondateur
NOUMSI DJEMO Clovie, est Ingénieur Génie civil de nationalité Camerounaise.
Diplômé de l’école Polytechnique de Yaoundé en Juin 1988, il a tour à tour occupé les postes de chef d’équipes, chef de chantiers, conducteur de travaux, chef de projets dans une entreprise canadienne appelée SOFATI de 1988 à 1991.
Dès 1991, il devient promoteur d’entreprise, dont EBTP entre autres, qui plu tard deviendra DJEMO BTP, dans laquelle il sera Directeur technique et Directeur Général pendant plusieurs années, avant de laisser le poste de DT pour remplir ses fonctions de PDG.
En 2002, suite à des difficultés en tant qu’employeur de trouver des ingénieurs capables de gérer des chantiers, il propose à l’école Polytechnique de Yaoundé, d’introduire dans la formation des ingénieurs, un cours sur l’organisation et la gestion de chantiers. Un
module très adapté qu’il enseignera lui-même au sein de cette école de 2002 à 2022.
En 2010, il met sur pieds un logiciel de suivi et de gestion de chantier. Il crée par ailleurs un logiciel d’étude de prix et de
planification.
En 2020, il est élevé au grade d’ingénieur Emeritus par l’Ordre National des Ingénieurs de Génie Civil du Cameroun.ciel d’étude de prix et de
planification.
La formation étant l’une de ses préoccupations majeures, il transmet son savoir faire en tant qu’ingénieur de structures, aux ingénieurs de
Djemo BTP, sur la conception de la structure portante de Bâtiments et le calcul des éléments de structure.
Convaincu que le développement de l’Afrique passera par le déploiement d’ingénieurs compétents, l’IFCT (Institut de Formation professionnelle des Conducteurs des Travaux) est mis sur pieds pour offrir à l’Afrique et au monde, une main d’œuvre fiable et capable d’œuvrer ingénieusement au rayonnement du continent et du Cameroun en particulier!
Il fait sienne cette pensée Confucéenne qui dit:

About the founder
Mr. Clovie NOUMSI DJEMO is a civil engineer of cameroonian nationality. Graduated from the Polytechnic School of Yaoundé in June 1988, he held the positions of of Team leader, site manager, works manager, project manager in a Canadian company called SOFATI. In 1991, He became a company promoter and created EBTP which later became Djemo BTP. He was technical director and general manager before leaving the position of TD to fulfill his duties as CEO.
In 2002, following difficulties as an employer to find engineers capable of managing construction sites, he proposed to the Polytechnic School of Yaoundé, to introduce in the training of engineers, a course on the organization and management of construction site. A very adapted module that he will teach himself in this school from 2002 to 2022.
In 2010, he sets up a software for monitoring and managing construction sites. He also created a software for price study and planning.
In 2020, he is elevated to the rank of Emeritus Engineer by the National Order of Civil Engineers of Cameroon.
Training being one of his major preoccupations, he passes on his knowledge as a structural engineer to the engineers of Djemo BTP on the design of the bearing structure of buildings and the calculation of structural elements. Convinced that the development of Africa will depend on the deployment of competent engineers, the IFPCT (Institute of professional training of Works Managers) was created to offer Africa and the world, a reliable workforce capable of working for the influence of the continent and Cameroon in particular.
It makes its own this confucian thought which says :
